I love philosophy, mindset and growing all throughout life by never attaching to any of the titles but using all the life experiences and education. to enjoy what I like, discover what I don't & let go of what I don't find beneficial. There's a quote from Socrates that says "the unexamined life is not worth living" and I believe this to be true, I know what I love in life and believe nothing is under control, nobody knows what they are doing and in life we are all on a level playing field just protecting what we all believe reality is in order to make sense of why we are here when the reality is that purpose and meaning are the individuals choice. I ask what's the point in being alive to live a life of a steady path to nowhere and I mean that in the nicest way, it's just a question.
For example in today's times people are praised at school to pass an exam to be rewarded with a certificate to explain that they could repeat and remember like a monkey to go on and work for someone else for the rest of their life and never experience anything but the programmed thinking in a city of the opposite of self education, can they call this a life of their own creation? A life that they designed? Or is it a life they believe is real by a perception of group? Who's to say that what they passed those tests on was the truth? Do they actually self reflect or just accept that security puts bread on the table and that's that? It's like following someone else's book instead of writing your own. Like the Japanese saying that the nail that stands out will be hammered back in? My belief is that humans all work better in uncertainty, we naturally respond to new experiences, tragedies and even depression that brings us deeper to ourselves, self reflection, deeper meaning, purpose and philosophy of our powerful mindset to create and design a life based on growth and contribution.
The critical self reflection leads to freedom as you begin to detach from old ways of thinking, group thinking, historical thinking and start to make your own life a product of your own conclusion and self educate on books rather than read to pass certain tests. When we see our own situation steadily by inward thinking and reflection we can then control it in whichever direction we choose. When our physical health is good we take the pleasure in the physical activity we persue and when mental health is strong we take part in expanding mental exercise. So many people do physical exercise and don't train the mind, my fast paced results in athletics came because I trained my mind and the body followed. When you correct mental peace, clarity and health then the body will follow. There's no other option when you do it this way because decision are easy when values are in place.
Then after all the results I still self reflect, take time to question everything and look at ratios, life experience, results, numbers and theories before I plan on future direction, goals and what experiences will be beneficial in the expansion of life, mindset and peak experience. Life is a growing progress for me, never a fixed one. Even with great results and lifestyle I never fall into the trap of living up to the expectations of others because freedom and health are my values not significance in title. For example health being my value means I won't take supplements or steroids to look or perform in that image, I chose plant based foods (Fruit&Veg) for health first and that's why I get the life results I do as the mind is the most important to me, with a correct mindset the body can deliver an extraordinary life.
I love simply, read, write, run, eat fruit & vegetables, hydrate with water, meditate and sleep well. I love philosophy, mindset and asking questions of life and the world around me but my deep peace comes with nature, the outdoors, animals and the clarity of being around everything that I love after experiencing a lot of life experiences others won't ever get the chance to survive so I'm forever grateful, pleased and happy in myself for creating this peace and lifestyle & I don't need to go on X-factor or some game show to validate my dream because my dream was made a reality by my own self education, self reflection, deeper meaning and responding to life rather than reacting to it. It's been a beautiful experience and to know that I know nothing about others but everything about myself has gained me not just freedom but a life that I can always live on my own terms without the need for validation or approval from others and what a feeling that is.
Noting great was ever achieved without inspiration, so what's stopping you? What's stopping you thinking? Creating? Living life on your own terms? You are guided by your mind and it's up to you to take charge of your own ship. Make the rest of your life the best of your life.
