What's next in life? - Entrepreneur Generations

What's the training plan? What's the schedule? What's next in my life? What's the big challenge?  These are questions I get asked all the time now, and it's very simple to answer no-thing I'm just going to be me and enjoy life as it is as running from one thing to the next all the time going places means I'm never actually just here being places.  I'm just back from some running with my friend Jay as his guide along the canal, where we tie ourselves together and run along and just talk about life, training and lifestyle. He's lost over 2 stone since we started running together, feels in better shape and is now listening to audio tapes and getting back into martial arts too which is great. For me, it's the simple life now. I'm going to be really boring and it's absolutely great to tell everyone that.  I relax at my house overlooking the water writing, reading, meditating and love candles, good company, plant based foods and cups of tea and spend time with my daughter when it's that time which is amazing as we have a swimming pool she loves at the gym next door and life is being lived. Go a few trips away, run 3 events next year and just enjoy the lifestyle I've been creating since 2008. It's been a character building journey that's for sure, now it's time to enjoy being boring.

There's no need for the grand plans and big challenges.  I just really love studying now, reading and looking into other people with results now, look online for more ideas and have a lifetime of learning to enjoy.  I took a few years to pour my own story, my own life and my craft of designing a lifestyle out there for lots of reasons. To prove to the world I was good enough is why I ended up on a podium so quickly I think, to prove to myself I could open up and pass some challenges along the way from being unhealthy, obese and overweight to endure family courts and to settle some old scores too with my past where I learned it's better to get ahead than play the getting even game.  All at the same time I chose to put a message out to others that they can do way more than they think they can and we are more powerful than we can imagine which we are.  In life I'm at peace and love me so that makes me boring and I'm very fulfilled with the journey. It's great! Tea, fruit, running shoes and nature, give me this boring life any-day because the entertainment world of glad rags, tv and alcohol would destroy my soul so I'm certainly glad to know we are all on a journey and what works for me would not work for 95% of the population which is great. More peace.

Last week I ran 83 miles the week before 70.  I just love running, nature, the outdoors and I wake up at 4am to read books, study, meditate, learn, I love having close relationships with the people in my life, family, friends, animals and strangers that I meet too.  I also love connecting online and sharing ideas as I look for them myself on this knowledge treasure hunt. I love having the opportunity to talk at events and share the parts that helped me discover my own fulfilment in life. I also love plant based foods and that no animals are harmed in my lifestyle or health journey, I love knowledge and that we all have the same 24 hours. I just love life by doing what I love and being the best me, there's no need for big plans, schedules and big challenges.

My life goal is simple health and freedom, it's been my long run to freedom and will run 3 events next year to remind me of that. London marathon, Grim-Reaper 100 and looking to add in Barcelona 24 hour. It's just for fun really and I want to thank everyone on this journey forward.  The support I've had around the world on google plus, Twitter and facebook. For my daughter and the close relationships in my life, and all the strangers I've met & shared moments with on the journey. For the animals in the field showing me how much a simple act of love and kindness can change so many life's and for the relationships I have with my own mum & dad now, and for everyone else in my life. I don't even do anything, just really run, eat fruit, write, read, drink water, meditate and share some ideas.

I used to have to buy people a lot of beer to say all the things that you all say to me now. Thank you for loving me just the way I am.

#BonkersToBoring #LoveTheJourney ❤️
