How I live my life in 11 steps - Entrepreneur Generations

1. Eat an apple a day and all the other fruit & vegetables you possibly can. If your food needs sauces and ingredients, then it's not food, it's marketing and addiction. 

2. Keep hydrated with water. Fruit and veg is about 80% water also, the same as your body, so it all makes sense. 

3. Your brain consumes 20% of your calories & what you eat helps how you think. Become conscious of your foods and how they make you feel emotionally. 

4. Meditation can add more energy to your life, and correctly practiced over time meditation makes it really easy to change your life, habits (addictions), lifestyle, and let go of anything on your own & keeps you alert to new life experiences also. 

5. Read books, because what you read will pour massive ingredients into the person you keep on becoming.  Whether it's an online status, group or tv show it makes a difference. What you do in your spare time shows in public & also what you eat in private should show in public too .... You just can't hide that glow of fresh fruit. 

6. Take time with nature to enjoy real life, the city isn't real. It's human fun with bright lights and big buildings & lots of people with validation titles of significance to tell you something they are but nature is where it's always raw and real in our "modern normal world". Have fun in the city, but don't ever take things in the circus to serious. 

7. Take the sunrise and sunset serious, because they are worth your attention. 

8. Rekindle your love for animals, don't let this world tell you that feeding the ducks, clapping a dog or watching some cows or horses in the field isn't peace, happiness and joy. (Ps. Stallions get their protein from plants too the same as the King of the jungle, the gorilla)

9. Enjoy your sleep & by eating good food, keeping hydrated with water and feeding your mind with the correct information will enhance your sleep and life. 

10. These are not science theory's, it's not an advert or fancy packets. Just common sense, which is the opposite of conventional wisdom. 

11. If you woke up at 4am everyday, swapped your TV for a library, drank water, ate fruit & vegetables, ran outside with nature and let go of everything else would your life be better? I've not got a clue, I'm just explaining on simple terms how I live #TheUltraLife ~ beyond normal 😉
