1. I opened up my story, journey and lifestyle change with others for you to use it in which ever way you wanted. I now live simply and keep on expanding and it's great!
2. I run between 70-100 miles a week. I don't train for the events and I'm not interested in the competition. I do it for the lifestyle.
3. I experience peak, physical, mental and emotional fitness from my life choices.
4. I wake up at 4am and go to sleep around 9pm.
5. I look at people with proven results and always learn more from them, I can also learn from others too & believe when we stop learning we stop living.
6. My biggest asset is my mindset as I can adapt to, learn and overcome anything. Results prove that one, and it all makes me smile a lot.
7. I eat fruit & vegetables, keep hydrated with water and experience natural health the natural way.
8. I love nature, animals and the natural world.
9. I love writing, communicating, public speaking, listening in deep conversation, connecting, networking and just living by example.
10. I created this lifestyle by following my own heart and focusing on who I wanted to be and why .... not what I wanted to be or how I was going to do it, that came later.
11. Now I just want to share education with the world around me now as I read and learn more myself, it's real simple ..... Fruit & vegetables.
12. I believe we are all more powerful than we think & can do a lot more than we can imagine.
13. Life experience, intention, action and life results with lots more knowledge make a phenomenal combination in any human being.
14. Strangers care, animals love and you are a powerful and beautiful person.
15. Meditate, drink water, eat fruit, be with nature and just be the best you that you can for others and yourself.
