Learning the money system - Entrepreneur Generations

1. Got a photo sent through with my daughters first nursery report card, it made me smile. She loves to ask questions .... Just like her daddy.

2. Lots of things make me happy in life, I'm forever grateful, for breathing learning, studying and sharing all I possibly can.

3. In the past as a kid I would study history, wars, religions and philosophy on my own at the Mitchell library in Glasgow. Now I'm studying the law, finances, money and every other area of life. The more I learn the less I know & Although I know myself the world around me always will always inspire me with more.

4. I've never studied money, economics or finance before. A few years ago I was broke, it's happened a lot in my young life already, 21 stone fat and sick back then too then though. I use the word broke instead of poor, I've never been poor as I've always had a rich mindset (goldmine in between the ears)

5. With a new change in lifestyle I learned to be fully sustainable, self reliant and healthy on the bare minimum of finances anyone would get on government funds in Britain, toast and beans really!

6. I had a studio flat back then and nothing else, and I was happy knowing I was free & just listening to a monk on YouTube called Ajhan brahm.

6. Lifetime grinding away from the life of alcohol, party drugs and a nightclub lifestyle I just felt "this was it". I will be successful by saying no forever so by not needing or wanting anything I was free and it was amazing.  People around me always asked what I worked as all the time and I just said I never and travelled around scotland meditating and enjoying the countryside.

7. It seemed everyone asked the same question, what do you do for a living, but I was fat, sick and just coming out of a lifestyle with lots of noise. The peace was really my job, how long would this all last. That was back in 2010.

8. I've been forever learning since then, studying and growing. Things changed and I went holidays again, even took myself abroad to Benidorm and fuertaventura on back to back flights when I learned a few thing and living the life again I had before I got sick. Then I just gave it all up, I know where it leads and went back to my flat, knew the monk life was for me and that was it.

9. Wasn't interested in anything else other than taking photos of waterfalls, mountains and loving nature. I gave up on society really as a whole & I just seen it as a loud circus of noise. Has amazing times, but it wasn't for me, everyone in the old life just talked all the time (yes more than me, but I follow through with speech and that's not good in those environments)

10. Through the peace I found more deeper reasons to my life, met a women and within 6 weeks and I was going to be a dad, had to have a feet to meet a women again as solitude doesn't bring those opportunities. That all went fast & I went from a monk to new lifestyle again and it was different.

11. Mg daughter came into the world on January 30th 2013. I made a promise to make this world a better place for her to live a good life, to make life better in every way and to never let anyone that comes into my life from that day go through anything like I did in the past and then I went to work .... On myself.

12. Changed my flat into a meditation centre, constant learning, audio tapes, reading online, museums, Scottish mountains and ran a marathon without any training, met so many people on the journey that made me change, my attitude from me to we, that strangers care, people care, life matters, all life does.

13. It was never society, it was all me. It was me that had to change my life and I was going to inspire others along the way, that was it. I had tunnel vision, like a stallion with the blinkers on going forward and I was on Google, YouTube and blogger back then saying I have nothing lets go on a journey, let me share my life with you.

14. Said goodbye to everything in the past and just went to work, set some goals and the rest is all history now really. I've took some time to reflect on a lot, and now it's time to open up more and keep on adding in more value.

15. As I read about money all the books say the same thing ... People think money is about wanting to earn so much that they don't have to work again ... I wasn't working when I started so I just want to put more value into people's life's so that part won't change. I'm learning those who just learn money do it all the time also, it's there lifestyle. Now it's confusing me, I thought people worked to get time off in the past now I'm realising the difference big time!

16. I was always raised to feel guilty about money, where it came from, what I was aiming for and now I just don't care! Reading these books has taught me a lot, how ruthless people are, but also how kind others can be. It's never the game, always the player!

17. Eye opening accounts from what my friends around money have told me, it's a game, it's a ruthless game and they smile when they wipe you out. They also say I wouldn't last in it & as I read these books I know what they all mean. It's rigged, just like doctors use the word iatrogenic deaths (the 3rd highest rate of deaths) to explain mistakes by doctors to the patients, instead of telling you exactly what it is, they use confusing words so as not to unsettle in truth. Theres jargon in financial studies too. That's why people really don't study it, it's something that will take a long time. Now I get it!

18. The system is set in place for people to lose if they think they can trick the trade, there's jargon, big words and loop hold documents used to change the language of speech just like doctors and lawyers use.

19. In today's times for example you get lawyers telling you to plead not guilty even when you are guilty, I've personal experience on walks of life & you simply get fat doctors teaching health and people who smoke and drink questioning a vegan diet or an overweight person giving personal training advice without results. People seem to talk without results in every area, books are turning more powerful by the page and I'm hooked again.

20. There's not many people who walk the walk and talk the talk in life so the one who writes, shares and then gives back all the books in order to tell of how hard it all is & the is systems in place , then it's like playing poker with the best in the world, I can understand this. I'm looking for the pattern, the blue print and this is how I've had results in every other area of life. There's patterns to everything and it's like a treasure hunt but not for the treasure, for the map!

21. I remember losing £1,700 with 4 of a kind hand at Texas holdem a long time ago, my 2s against the 4 jacks. I was hurt back then, as I valued money more than I valued other things, now I see money for what it is, a means to value things that are not really valueable to sell to the masses in order to gain power. Example all cigarette profits go to 4 men, they own all the companies and people still smoke. The old lifestyle I was in people would pay drug dealers, what's the difference from then to those who put cows in packets, then into dog food tins. There's so much deeper to this than I ever imagined, so many loop holes, so many things you can't talk about publicly and studying the law, politics, system and others is the only way to understand the country I've been raised in by an education system that says "work hard, each a living, pay a pension" only to realise that those around me are poor joe later in life, it's not nice but it's the way it is.

22. I've been a painter, a labourer, top salesman at any call centre but always turned up drunk to work or hungover, I loved people and always enjoyed that part but when it came to work I just wanted the money and nights out.

23. Gambling was always a problem too, so now I laugh at how I tried to hold that whole lifestyle down away back then. Chasing the significance in a system made to destroy you is now pretty serious looking back, why they don't teach you economics at school is beyond me now, I'll spend my life questioning this now.

23. The books now ask questions like did you know that the money you paid for this book goes to charity, it feeds the homeless, helps people out of illness and adds more value into the life's of others. Money's not the bad thing, money in a good persons hands will make good things happen. Now it's got me asking different questions, my mind is getting it.

24. Only 10% read success books and fewer than that 10% will go past the first chapter. Why is this? Why quit and accept the way it is? Now I get it!

25. Running 100 mile ultra marathons and living beyond normal on an extreme scale this question now has me hooked. Why would people give up? Obvious reasons, why would anyone give away an easy programme to get beat a system they set up? It's poker, but I wouldn't let anyone beat me at that game willingly. So let's see this as a game, Tony Robbins style, what a gent!

26. Now I'm understanding it a log more, if I play the game away from security and stability then it puts me at risk. But to lose what? I eat berries and run in the Forrest, nobody around me spends and money either and I don't do anything other than run and read. So why not keep growing and use this game to our advantage. My daughters future is taken care of by having 2 great parents on her life, and stays in a country with so much choice and opportunity. If the country wants to spend millions feeding a system then more choices need to be put in place in order to bring the game down to a level playing field. Now I know why people who chase money lose all their friends, it's sad really.

27. A few weeks ago I didn't have a clue about money, next thing I'm now thinking of more charities, books, people, feeding others not just food, but the right food, information and also a blue print not just to health, lifestyle, recovery and performance success but to make people not feel guilty about even not working and using the full system to read books from the library, take time out and make a better long term plan. To bring the system into an easier approach to learn and Kraft while I run around the woods easing berries.

28. The system being rigged doesn't make an excuse not to learn it all & I'm reading the books, laws, and doing all that I possibly can and this will take many years of my life studying, and I'm in, it beats being drunk in a pub bluffing about it. I'm living life on my own terms in the whole process but if I can keep adding value along with working at the same time, doing what I love in the process and still keep friends and times with family then it's time to invest and go into the interest too.

29. I'm almost 30 years old and if I'm doing this same thing with the same mindset at 60 I'll be happy. At 90 I will be blessed to keep doing this rather than a crossword and if I can learn the system then I will still work and do what I do anyway, it's not about the money, it's just a game now. But it will be with a new level of understanding going forward.

30. I could not only teach others how to be physically, mentally and emotionally better. But I could teach others the whole systems in an easy language so they can create life on their own terms in the process. That sounds ideal on top of the run, fruit, water and library doesn't it.

31. I started with nothing back all those years ago, a camera on the iPhone, a written blog. Meditation and just peace then I got some running shoes & there's just no limits now!

32. As Nelson Mandela says, knowledge makes any man unfit to be a slave.

33. Since I will be nobody's slave then I will be nobody's master. But this game is making a lot of sense now, it's worth investing the time to learn. Everyone deserves that right

34. Every person in finances point to the same book, think and grow rich. I can't say I'm loaded, but it's fun learning about it all. Beats reading a newspaper telling me asda has better priced bleach than tesco or some politician has people's best interest at heart. If people are smart enough to read, then they deserve what they get from reading and looking for it. I see that now, but it's never the money that makes you happy. It's what you can give back, share and help others do. Your example and lifestyle is the best thing to share with the world, never forget that. But still go forward in learning all that you possibly can, the more you learn the more silent you become, I'm trying to keep sharing as I don't want to become silent. Not now ..... Life just keeps getting better and better with age.
