Life goals? I just want to keep adding value - Entrepreneur Generations

I am a believer that life will give you whatever you ask of it, so being out there and open with what you want from life, and also who you want to give back to, what for and just going for it will bring the events and circumstances into your life that you need to embrace.

I've had dramatic life events, but it's just a story and a journey like anyone else really.  You might never suffer like I have and I hope you never do, but some form of suffering in life will happen to you and looking at others for inspiration in those times can be influential to your progress to recycle the pain to better times ahead.

I still cry at times thinking of people saying I touched their life's by simply being me, I just want to keep giving back forever now. It's as simple as that & by turning my social media into another study area it means I can keep listening to others and studying also at the same time.

Through all the events, mountains, TV, magazines, talk shows, podcasts and appearing on adverts & now reading more books it's taught me more things about life and what I still need to improve on and what value can I add next.  When I was young in school I went without my lunch to give the money into Sciaf boxes, my parents got called into school back then. Later in life I got sectioned for ripping up money, now times in my life have changed when I get the chance of giving all this value to others, talks with professionals, the public, charities and now working alongside psychiatrists about my example and expertise in positive psychology (post-traumatic growth if you check on Google) but I've had to learn a lot more about not just throwing the money away. So I believe financial education is something that needs to be taught more, whether it's managing a food shopping bill to saving for a holiday, we all need to look deeper into that part of life without feeling guilty about it.

Plant based positive psychology I call this lifestyle I live now to myself.  I still love running, eating fruit & vegetables and meditating but the one area I never quite understood was financial education, so that's what I'm studying now. I could tell you to do only what you love and that's enough, but the reality is not everyone can be Steve jobs (he just worked as the new film should show, but it's only on for a few hours so I recommend looking at the guys book. Fruit based hippy with the wrong clothes for business who lost everything, then created the iPhone)  not everyone needs to be successful and all in like this because impact will always beat success and everyone can live a good life by managing their own health, family, friends, fitness, lifestyle, personal passion and a financial education, you don't have to be crazy and go all in, relaxing watching a film about other people who do can be cool to. A lot of people watch me online and think just run & eat fruit and that's it, my friends kept saying to me about that part, that I don't share half of the stuff because I just wanted to give small bits at a time, it's a process of giving and a process of timing. Real life is much more than you see on a quick film and self education will teach you a lot about that, even mo Farah, Simon Cowell and Lionel messi have accountants, financial experts and coaches. So don't ever think anyone does it all on their own, nobody does. I've had to meet people on my journey too who have helped me in so many ways, so many people I could write a book on that alone, maybe I will one day and it's by those people helping me that it gives me the want to give back a lot. Strangers care and so do animals, I'm a tough guy but I'm still soft when it comes to kindness and love. Everyone is!

I've got everything, and I'm over the top with everything too. I'm bonkers and all in, but as it says in Alice in wonderland the film "All the best people are". Be crazy, passionate and obsessed with the right things and life will always be on your side, that's the way it works, adding value to the life's of people and animals will never go out of fashion. I've said I'll keep the personal life out of social media altogether as I've got a wall in the house for them now and just want to share complete education, inspiration, other people and ideas.

Just see it as writing, information, bullet points of a news feed. See it for whatever you want, take the good points & discard the rest. I will also start to share more from others, articles and go all in with that part now. Because let's face it, I'm boring now and it's great, I'm behind the scenes with books now. I'm doing the things I loved when I was young and sharing my time on earth in a productive way with those in person, online and maybe with the generations to come. What a wonderful life this truly is and thank you all for letting me into your world in some way, namaste #LoveTheJourney ❤️🌍
