I love life, I never regret any parts of my past and here's some things I smile about that people who know me now might never see in me. I'm vegan in the hardest city in the UK.
1. In my old lifestyle I was known for quick witted banter, character and got into a lot of trouble. But I did get the most girlfriends, and went the most holidays and also had the most life experiences.
2. I still connect with everyone in my community, city and have a laugh with most people but I never invite the past back into my life. Glasgow is a very open but also a sarcastic city, the banter and over laughter from people is based on heeled pain, but you have to grow up and study a lot to see that part.
3. There was a time when I was unfulfilled and in a dark place with alcohol, gambling and drugs and the laugher and crowds was the only smile available back then. I even thought about being a comedian as I found it easy to make people laugh and it still is but I hide that part of me, especially from people I'm not close too in life.
4. Success is very easy, I've always won at everything all through my life. Being an athlete now and changing things was easy, because I've always had the growth mindset it's just really changing the why you do what you do but there's certainly no light bulb switch for anyone, it's a process but meeting people who inspire you on emotion is what changes you to go on that process.
5. I stopped my own growth in the past to chase materialism back then because money gets women, anyone who says it doesn't is certainly lying. I was sleeping with women and drinking beer in 5 star hotels when I was 14.
6. I see money differently now through as my failures with it in the past hurt a lot and most relationships today are based on trade rather than deep love, just the way it is with people raised by a television set and fixed culture. I now see money as a global thing, and a way to invest, grow, contribute, get health and open new opportunity, give to charity and create new lifestyles.
7. The criminal mindset is easy to understand, it's easily broken down also but through TV it's been dramatised and even in library's it sells the most books, I can break a criminal in one conversation, people are easy to read. The easiest way to persuade anyone is through violence, so that rewarded behaviour gets reinforced and the criminal lives in that mindset because he's never taught a financial education, teach a man how to fish in his terms and you change his criminal behaviour and whole lifestyle. I did get out of that lifestyle very easily because I was always the leader in the lifestyle, and led by example, that's also why I'm still alive, and because I never followed anyone else's orders and took it on myself I still get respect. I keep the same leadership qualities in all walks of life, it's better to be respected than liked. People who are liked will never do well in the long run, they get walked over but people who are respected always will do well.
8. The blue print is always the same for everyone, when I was young we got raised poor so I would always sabotage my own success by buying people things abc throw away money because I never felt I deserved it. I gave this away so I could have friends around me as being successful and not buying things for people made me feel guilty in the past so I changed the blueprint after learning from the greats on what to change (books, seminars, success).
9. When I was in prison my first love was on the newspaper saying she was single on miss Scotland, I walked past her a while back in the beer garden with a smile knowing she's happier now with alcohol and a similar version of the old me. Nobody else changes it was me that changed, 95% of people stay the same. That's why I do all that I do now, if you want what the 5% have, then do what the 5% do. Winners win and losers lose!
10. I used to be the best salesman, was a painter also but would always drink alcohol in those jobs and have to much month at the end of the money with the wages so played poker to sustain the lifestyle. Prison is easy in Britain so you have nothing to fear, the only people who say prison is hard is the people who can't stand up for themselves but in reality it's full of people who spend all day watching TV, smoking, eating cakes, staying out of the rain and the odd prisoner goes to the gym. When I was inside I refused everything and self educated, passed exams and won awards. Being locked abroad changed my view of being locked up, if I never got locked abroad then o don't think I would of got out the British prison system as its that easy.
11. Opening up my journey was easy also as I never have or will live my life for the good opinion of others, I just do what I want and live in my own truth, I'm a product of my effort not my circumstances. My old friends would never guess I would be plant based and vegan now but to be a public speaker and everything else I've been, then they could of seen that part coming, I always hung around with good people, but stood up to others and took the gangs on myself and that's why I have grown to be successful and self reliant. Leaders are not trained, it's a blue print and code of a winner and no leader ever stays down when he's leading the right things, a leader leading the wrong things will be at his own downfall ~ Gandhi and hitler where both leaders, you need to know what one to hate and what one to love.
12. I followed the orange walk in a Celtic top in the past, I've also ripped up money all over the place and lost massive amounts at poker and with gambling because I don't fear the failure of taking chances and trying new things but now I've met fulfilment I know what works, so I leave out the bad and stick with the good, I stick with success.
13. Having an extreme personality is a blessing, now I just have extreme book reading, extreme meditation, extreme writing and extreme education and progress.
14. My results have beat people who have been studying and working for years, my own personal development has been done without any resources, courses or any money. I started it with an iPhone and running shoes, I gave up everything and didn't even have a pound for the locker at the gym when I started.
15. I always smile now with the heart to go on, there's deeper reasons and I share my journey openly because I can. I used to be a fat mess with women, money and material now I am a vegan plant based yes who drinks the water, eats the fruit and likes to meditate and enjoy a lifestyle I created.
16. Being rich now then nobody could ever sell any of my stories or even use their excuses of having nothing because if I can do it anyone can. I put them out of excuses and even on the media to inspire change in others, I now realise that in the long run that also makes sense to do as even the media couldn't tear down a rich self reliant and successful person raised from rubble.
17. I gave up all of the old friends and lifestyle easily because I chose success instead, to me success is everything, when you are living by example of how you live and how you brand yourself and it has nothing to do with money, to many people today are taught about money but not success! The two are different altogether and people with money going to seminars now just end up with an expensive notebook from some person who got over an ex and created a business and sold to people without proper life gripping, passionate experience. That's also why toastmasters and public speaking groups are not for me, my presentation comes from the heart there's comes from structure.
18. Success is when you out think and out work everyone else and focus more on winning that you do on structure and create a lifestyle of your own design. In the words of the amazing Jim rohn "Formal education will make you a living, but self education will make you a fortune" I'm humbled to read about greatness and I've been around some of it too, there's no limits now.
19. Yesterday I spoke to someone who lost £100,000 and £50,000 the day before and all he wants is his health. People's self destructive behaviour is easy to spot when you've done it yourself, everything is easy to spot when you've done it yourself. Failure and success take the same amount of energy, they are both habits.
20. There's nothing more important to me than success (being the best you). But if you chose to be around average people then you will get average results, but if you get around the greats then you can enjoy life on your terms everyday because great people make you great too.
21. I still stay in the same city, the same place and know all the same people and they still do all the same things, I can even take a note pad and they will laugh sharing losing their money in the bookies, messing a relationship up or going on a one night stand, the smile and laughter is them giving their personality away when you study human behaviour people are like robots, it's written on their face and in their eyes of why they do what they do. The difference is that I've took my leadership in a new direction, people with average life's don't want leadership to be leaders themselves, they want attention to say that their average behaviour is socially acceptable and I don't give them that and I take their laughter serious because I can also read suicidal faces. I also don't have friends in the country golf club but I do know the system and that life is worked in my favour to serve me so I can add value to others.
22. Don't worry about my old Facebook friends, I updated about vegan and plant based more than 15 times at once so they would either delete or hide me from the timeline. The only people that look at my journey now are leaders, who else would you go on Facebook to look into that's not in your immediate friends and family? Let's be honest you can't have a deep relationship with everyone so you do what I do, look at people with results and ease the 90% off stuff I don't agree with but I know it works because they have results and then I question what parts of my life connect to theirs?
22. The method to the madness of this status is to show you that successful people have a life story of successful results just like you do, if you want life changing results then look into your psychological behaviour from birth now I'll ask questions.
What did you win at when you were younger? When did you stand out? What for? What behaviour do you do that gets reinforced because other people like it? What behaviour do you do people respect? What have you learned from any of this? Ha e you mounded your life on other people's opinions or your own results? Who got you talked into reading what you read? Drinking what you drink? Who got you healthy/unhealthy? How much have you got in the bank? How much investments? What do you think about the rich? What did your parents teach you about money? How did your parents make you feel when you asked for money? How do you feel now asking for money? You can see these emotional questions you may answer defensively, but let's get deeper. Who was your first love? What got you over them? What felt better getting over them or getting into yourself? Did you repeat the same relationship patterns? How's your parents relationship? If they were alcoholics then they lived their truth, don't be upset your an adult now. What did you learn from everything? Now you have a choice, personal development or a party? Make a living or make a lifestyle,
Successful people are not scared to take risks ..... Are they? Confidence is about experience and success comes from failure anyone that tells you different is lying. But a 10 minute conversation with a successful person is worth 100 books and all the gold because being around success makes you successful that's just the way it goes. You are who you hang out with in this world!
