The reference group of the Scoping Study looking into Port Royal met last week:

The Herald carries a report - pointing to a final meeting next month when the reference group will be looking at the draft report from consultants before it goes to council:

This was the timeline three weeks ago:
Futures Forum: Plans for Port Royal: anticipating a Regeneration Board >> Scoping Study consultants' report due to be presented to Reference Group > Thursday 21st September

This appears to be the new timetable:

> 21st Sept: Reference Group to hear presentation from consultants.

> 5th October: Reference Group to consider final draft of Scoping Study from consultants.

> 6th November: Town Council to consider Scoping Study.

> 29th November: District Council cabinet to consider Scoping Study.

> 13th December: full District Council to consider Scoping Study.
