Harlem Hot Stompers - Christmas Party 16 December 

Jazz dates up to Christmas from Les and the Jazz at the Spa team

Nov 4th – Red Stripe Band – now for something a little different and much requested. Red Stripe led by Neil Drinkwater on keyboard has been stomping its boogie woogie, jump jive, blues, swing and rock and roll rhythms worldwide for nigh on twenty years. Infectious energy coupled with lashings of high octane music. £10.
18th – Dave Donohoe Jazz Band – and a warm welcome to one of the unsung heroes of the British Jazz scene with a first class array of musical talent led by Dave on trombone and amongst whom is our local hero, Frank Brooker plus Teddy Fullick on trumpet. Something of a ‘New Orleans’ bent to the programme but always an excellent evening’s entertainment.
25th – Amy Roberts + Richard Exall + Tom Kincaid – now here we have the makings of a memorable night as Amy and Richard demonstrate their formidable talents as they take on the standards on a range of reeds instruments and more than ably supported by the wonderful Tom Kincaid Trio. £10.

Dec 2nd – Swing Commanders – and just to get the festive month off to a flying start, we have one of your all time favourite groups. A stunningly vibrant and versatile group of multi-instrumentalists performing a an exciting mix of 40/50s classics, boogie woogie and swing, jump jazz and more. Truly energetic showmanship coupled with sophisticated vocal harmony. Don’t miss this one! £10
16th – Christmas Party Night with the Harlem Hot Stompers – the last opportunity to clap your hands and stomp your feet in 2017. Yes – believe it or not - it’s Christmas Party time again with the traditional festive atmosphere, sarnies, mince pies, shortbread and the like provided by yourselves and shared around plus the special raffle. And the whole fun filled celebration driven along by the Harlem Hot Stompers. £10
