You came out and supported us for our July JazzReset 21 weekend festival, our August open air events in the Seven Arts courtyard and our Jazz and Blues picnicin September - wasn't that a good day! An intensely creative musician who is continuously exploring the melodic possibilities of the drum set, both as a player and a composer, Hoenig is unmatched for his "expansive technique, propulsive time and deep musicality" (New York Times).

Ancient Infinity Orchestra Sunday afternoon 17 Oct 1.30pm @Seven Arts Leeds £10/8 1.30 (Doors 1pm) 25's and under £5 - Joel Stedman flute, bass clarinet, Khemi Shabazz oboe, Evan Davies violin, Jacob Rider alto sax, flute,Matt Cliffe tenor sax, alto flute, Hugh Vincent piano,Ozzy Moysey double bass, John Arnesen drums - Ancient Infinity Orchestra is a large ensemble, that began in Leeds in 2018. They play original music, and are led by the double bassist and composer; Ozzy Moysey. From shimmering bells and souring melodies to explosive cacophonies… the bands live act has been described as a joyous, cosmic and meditative experience.

Munch Manship Octet Sunday afternoon 24 Oct 1.30pm @Seven Arts Leeds £10/8 1.30pm (doors 1pm) 25's and under £5 - Munch Manship tenor sax, Nigel Hailwood baritone sax, Mark Gilbanks trumpet, Chris Fidler trombone, Derrick Harris guitar, Dean Stockdale piano, Grant Russell double bass, Dave Tyas drums - Tenor saxophonist Munch Manship leads a bevy of top-notch jazz musicians, all of whom are dedicated to keeping alive the cool jazz that came out of LA and San Francisco in the 1950s, epitomized by players like Shorty Rogers, Shelley Mann, Gerry Mulligan, Chet Baker and Paul Desmond.
